19Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using Portland PozzolanaCement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 ( (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Ambuja, Birla)with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc.,but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed.
20Leakproof Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC of Ultra Tech, Birla Ready Mix of Grade M - 35 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 350 Kg/Cum) up to specified level using Portland PozzolanaCement conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Ambuja, Birla) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer"s Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to properlevel, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing,curing, etc.,but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed. .

23Providing and mixing Corrosion Inhibiting Admixture Conplast WL of M/s. Fosrocorequivalent ofM/s Krishna Conchem in the concrete etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE:The Dosageand other mixing methodology should be as per manufacturer"s specifications
24Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of required size in RCC M-35 insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using ordinary Portland Cement conforming to IS 8112 (M/s.(M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Ambuja, Birla) , crushed stone sand , graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/trenches with and without holes including formwork but excluding reinforcement
25Providing & Grouting of dowel tubes / Shear keys / Joints of precast members with M-60 grade cementitious grout (Non Shrink) of approved make by suitable means ( Free flowing /pump),curing etc. Complete as per directions of Engineerin- charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.)
26III.FORM WORK:
27Providing centering and shuttering using 12mm thick marine plyboard at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined,circular including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work, pockets for machine/equipmet foundations as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed. Note :- Plywood shall not be used for more than eight repitions.

30IV.REINFORCEMENT & STRUCTURAL STEEL
31Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement barsfor Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786of Tata, Vizag,Sail, JSW make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and directed.
32Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make, loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys/cranes or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting withone coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
33Insert& others Using rolled sections
34Using Plates /Chequered Plates including MS insert plates/ embedded plates/pipes in medium quality conforming to relevant BIS codes of required shape and size, welding anchoring legs not less than 12mm dia MS rods, placing in position in concrete while casting, including painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer as per drawing in line, level and plumb completeas directed. Note :- Anchoring Legs will be paid under relevant items
35Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts, through bolts etc. using MS rounds of make M/s Tata, Vizag Steel, Jindal or approved equivalent conforming to IS 432and suitablenutsincludingthreading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levelscomplete and as directed by EIC.
36V.STONEMASONRY:
37Random rubble stone masonry using approved local stones in foundations/pedestals and plinth at and at all depths below finished floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) including simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar, bond stones, curing, etc.,using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116,complete as specified and directed. (Stones to be used from the site)
38VI.BRICK MASONRY:
39Brick work using quality flyash (nonmodular) bricks of class designation 7.5conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand ) at and at all depths below plinth level in foundation and in plinth, storm water drains, etc., simultaneous pointing with same mortar below ground level, and ranking out joints above ground level, curing etc.,complete as per specifications and as directed forsub structure etc.,
40Brick work using quality flyash bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 ) at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including pilasters, steel / tubular scaffolding, rakingout joints, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed in super structure.
41Half brick masonry using non modular fly ash bricks of class designation 10, conforming to IS :12894 in partition walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) all depths and heights below and above plinth level including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc., complete including providing stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 115 mm x 75 mm size at every 900 mm height, necessary formwork, curing, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed but excluding reinforcement. Note:- Reinforcement will be paid under relevant item.
42VII FLOORING :
43Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material conforming to Grading-ii of MoRTH Table 400-1 including cost, charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavatopr/approved means at OMC and compacting with 8 to 10 tonnes roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 401(5th revision and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work).Stone Shall be used from the site.
44VIII.MISCELLANEOUSITEMS :
45Providing grouting (including tamping) for foundations, structures, equipments, base plates, anchor holes, etc., with non-shrink, free flow grout ofshrinkhomp-30N/Sqmm of M/S A.C.C, Fosroc or equivalent, including shuttering wherever necessary at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level complete as specified and directed. note: Weight of grout used in the work will be measured for payment. However, the rate quoted shall inclusive of all materials.
46Providing and fixing SS railing made out of commercial chromium steel tubes SS 304, of various diameters, of approved make, 2 mm wall thickness, pattern as shown in drawing/as directed including supplying or fabricating, fittings like SS bends, tees, etc., welding the pipes using TIG welding or any other approved method, grinding/buffing the welded joints smooth, erecting the railing in position in line, level and plumb, fixing tailing in position by grouting/or any approved system, cleaning, polishing the joints if required, scaffolding etc., complete all as specified and directed.
47Supplying, lowering, laying, mentioned below the nominal bore, RCC SPUN PIPES (Class NP2) /NP 4 conforming to IS:458 with necessary collars, laid to correct grade and levels at and at all depths below plinth level including cutting to lengths, jointing with hemp yarn and cement mortar 1:1, caulking the joints and finishing, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

49Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames and shutters , of PROFILE - B conforming to IS: 4351, with Frame GI1.20 mm , Shutter : GI0.80 mm thick . Frame profile - 100 x 57 mmincluding ball bearingbutt hinge ( SS304 grade), of size 100x75x3 mm with screws, Motrise sash lock (H9-GU-BKS 2160, 65 BS/72/9 mm) , Euro profile 5 pin cylinder 5702, 70mm key , lever handle LT 001, 19 dia with roses& escutcheon (SS304) including painting with one coat of zinc primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint and as directed by Engineer -in-charge..
50Providing and fixing of UPVC fixed louvers with Deltra/Lesso make upvc profiles. The outer frame shouldbe 60 X 48mm in size and the upvc louvers (Z shaped) should be of 40-45mm in width and 10mm inthickness. The gaps between louvers should be around 30mm. The angle of inclination of louvers withhorizontal plane should be 45 degrees.There should be a provision at the bottom of the UPVC frame fordisposal of rain water. The louver should be pre fabricated at the factory and installed at the site andsealed properly with silicone. The upvc frames should be reinforced with 1.00 -1.50mm GI steel. Thelouver frame should be fized to the existing structural frame/RCC/brickworkor louver opening by using stailnless steel screws. Good quality hardware should be used, complere and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: Regardless of the dimensions given above, the design approved by EIC at the time of executionwould be binding.
51Designing, supplying and fixing rebars in already cast concrete, including drilling, cleaning hole with air blow-out & wire-brush and injecting odourless Chemical of approved make RE 500 V3 of Hilti make or approved equivalent, packed in dual foil, with the help of dispenser into a hole of diameter and depth as per manufacture specification, at all levels & locations for high strength deformed steel reinforcement bars of dia. as stated below of Grade Fe500D (conforming to IS:1786), DESIGNED FOR FULL TENSILE ANCHORAGE, including testing (as per manufacturer"s recommendations), adjusting and making good any damage done to the structure etc. all complete as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement will be paid under relevant head

54Installation of Rock Anchor including Supply, fabrication of HYSD steel bar reinforcement of 25mm of grade Fe500D conforming to IS:1786, transporting the steel, straightening, cleaning, cutting, overlapping, welding, bending to required shapes and length etc., drilling hole of 100mm nominal dia upto a maximum length of 2m, mobilisation of drilling equipment, compressor and other necessary plant and equipment, placing reinforcement with spacer/ centralizers upto specified depth, grouting of holes with Non shrink cement grout Minimum Strength of 40 N/mm2, all complete as per drawing, specification and instruction of engineer in charge. All material are in contractor"s scope of supply. Note :- Reinforcement will be paid under relevant head
55IX.WATERPROOFING PLASTER:
56Water proof plaster in cement mortar 1:3 ,with waterproofing compound make of ( M/s Fosroc , MBT, Sika, Sunanad aChemicals etc.) @ 2% by weight of cement including scaffolding, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces etc. Complete a) 15 MM thk for underground pits/drains etc.
57X. DISMANTLING & DEMOLISHING
58Dismantling/breaking the existing plain cement concrete surfaces carefully in flooring, platforms etc. to the required size, using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including disposing of debris within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as specified and directed.
59Dismantling very carefully the existing reinforced cement concrete at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed
60Dismantling very carefully the existing Brick masonry in cement motor with plastering on both sides very carefully at depths/heights above/below plinth level by suitable methods including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacing of useful materials and disposing the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m, etc., complete as specified and directed.
61Dismantling very carefully the existing RR masonry in basement below/above FFL at all depths and heights includingerection of suitable scaffolding, stacking of useful materials and disposing the the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m etc., complete as specified and directed,
62Dismantling Asbestos sheetroofing along with ridges, hips, valleys and gutters, including scaffolding and stacking the material within 50 metres lead.
63Dismantling very carefully the existing structural steel work at all levels in MS structural sections like angles, channels, MS plain/chequered plates, flats,MS gates etc., including scaffolding, cutting of structural steel members by gas cutters or by any approved method, removing the nuts, bolts etc., as required, lowering stacking the reusable material at site and transporting the material to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed
64Removing soling from flooring/pavement, stacking useful materials like stones within 50m lead, disposing of unserviceable materials as directed.
65NOTE :-The rates quoted for the items shall be inclusive of all taxes, ESI & EPF , other incidental charges as deemed required for completion of item.
