| 1 | Consultancy services for conducting structural audit of 3680 nos. EWS houses constructed under JNNURM at Ghoga. The work includes the following:- i) Physical/Visual Inspection of the structural members of the buildings for analysis and inspection of current condition of members. NDTs, core cutting samples and Structural distress mapping of the buildings for detailed assessment. ii) Structural Analysis and computational design of the structure for safety as per the prevailing standards. Based on the assessment, development of strengthening scheme (drawing/ specifications) as per the requirements for the structural retrofitting work. iii) Preparation of detailed report covering the finding, assessment, and methodology of repairs / strengthening, structural drawings, specification & BOQ/ Estimate for rehabilitation work as per the requirement of the analysis/ assessment.iv) Vetting of the structural assessment and methodology for the rehabilitation by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). |
