3	Providing and applying tack coat with low viscosity bitumen of VG 10 grade using bitumen pressure sprayer on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section-503 of specifications. 0.40 kg per sqm (Non-bituminous surfaces) granular base not primed.

10	Providing & Laying of FIH certified system effectiveas on date applicable for Global competitions category (non-filled water based surfaces) on cast in situ shock pad 15 mm +/- 5% on the bituminous baseincluding all line marking ( in laid in white color ) on the surface as per feild dimensions . Product manufactured in China shall be rejected. All product of like sysnthetic turf, SBR for shock pad, binders, line marking shall be supplied by sinle original product manufacturer of certified system.Contractor must submitt copy of Invoices as proof ofpurchases for raw materials .Certification from the FIH accredited laboratory is required to be furnished along with the sample of the Product being offered indicating the specifications exactly on the same lines as given in ‘FIHandbook of Performance requirement- Synthetic Hockey Pitches – Incorporating Test Procedures’- (Revised as on 1.01.2021) and certification of pitch and turffrom FIH as per spepicifation . Make of approved pitches are as follows. Feild shall also be tested and certified by FIH accredited laboratory for complete feild, water discharge from sprinklers , ball bounce, ball rolling and all parameters along with FIH feild certification.
