Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ESP Filter for air purification system in existing different capacities AHU that improves the indoor air quality by removing dust and killing harmful bacteria. It must be MERV-14 or above rated high-efficiency on purifying particulate matter (PMx) with a minimum efficiency of 90% on 0.3 micron particulates as tested in accordance with ASHRAE 52.2.2017 highly effective in killing allergens, bacteria and pathogens with a removal rate of 99% on E. Coli testedThe central air cleaner equipped with a VOC filter must deliver a minimum of 80% reduction of formaldehyde in less than 5 minutes The system must trap & kill technology with a very low-pressure drop of 0.2” w.g. at 2.5 ms/s. It should be a mono block-structured unit specifically designed for integration in the Return Air path of air handling units of all sizes, to centrally capture and kill germs. It shall be in grids of sizes 610x370x150 (1000 CFM) and 610x680x150 (2000 CFM) to cover the full capacity (CFM) of AHU. The central air cleaner unit should have no consumable parts, and it should be self-contained with a powder coated steel casing. All components used in the construction of the unit must comply with the following standards of safety and quality: All module of filter shall be UL 867/CSA C22 No and not component. AQI level can be maintained less than 50-70 (depending upon surrounding condition and with fresh air intake must be treated which feeds AHU). Product to comply IS 17570:2021 ISO16890:2016 in general ventilation & Indoor Air Quality. SITC of IAQ Sensors to measure the levels of PM 2.5, VOCs, CO2, Temperature, Humidity on a real time basis. The IAQ Sensor shall be RS485 enabled and should be supplied along with display to check actual air quality capable of getting connected with Wi-Fi. The sensor should be capable of sending the indoor air quality information on display. The sensor should indicate the quality of air through changing the colours as per the NAAQS standards and should meet the WELL/LEED building standards.
