Tender For Major Repair Of Coke Oven Cdcp Lift No.53 -Lift type #Passenger cum freight elevator, Lift capacity # 1000 kg, No of floors: G + 3, Roping- 1:1 Lift machine room is on the top of lift shaft. 1. Dismantling and removal of old lift parts: The firm has to take all necessary safety measures as per RSP safety norms. All the old lift parts which are required to change are to be removed and deposited at Crane Capital Repair department. The loading, unloading and transportation of materials are responsibility of the firm. 2. Supply and installation of new lift parts: The tenderer has to supply, install, load test and commission the following lift parts of the appropriate capacity, size and specifications. i) Motor: One new lift duty, squirrel cage A.C. induction motor of M/s Crompton Greaves or M/s Bharat Bijlee make, capacity 11 kw, 950 rpm, 3 phase, 415 v, 50 Hz, B3 mounting, S-4 duty, double end shaft extension of ND160 L frame size is to be supplied and installed. A pair of motor coupling of required size and capacity is to be supplied and fitted with the rotor shaft front side to act as brake drum. One manual rotating hand wheel is to be supplied and fitted with the rotor shaft back side. ii) Gearbox and rope pulley assembly: One new lift duty 40:1 ratio worm reduction foot mounting gearbox of make M/s. Shanti/premium compatible with the lift hoist motor is to be supplied and installed. One v-grooved main drive pulley with bearing mounted pedestal of required size and capacity to accommodate 5 nos. 13 mm diameter elevator ropes is to be supplied and fitted. Lift duty gear oil is to be supplied and filled in the gearbox. Rope thimbles and tie rods assembly are to be supplied and fitted. One diverter pulley assembly with pin of required size is to be supplied and fitted. iii) Brake assembly: One new electromechanical 220 V D.C. brake assembly of BCH or equivalent make as per size and capacity of motor and gearbox coupling is to be supplied and installed. iv) Motor and gearbox base frame: New fabricated structural base frames as per size for motor, gear box assembly, brake assembly, Pulley pedestal, diverter pulley assembly, rope thimbles and tie rods assembly fittings etc.are to be supplied and installed. v) S.S.cabin & frame assembly: One new 18 swg S.S. plates fabricated cabin assembly fitted with MS collapsible gate as per size and capacity is to be supplied and installed. New door lock operating retiring cam assembly is to be supplied and fitted with the cabin. One new fabricated complete M.S. cabin frame assembly as per size and capacity with bottom platform, cabin top safety hand railing, rail guide shoes, governor safety mechanism etc are to be supplied and installed. One cabin fan and cabin lights are to be supplied and installed in the cabin. One new cabin operating panel with 7-segment red glow digital floor level signal indicator and scrolling arrow with flush mounted SS face plate, push buttons , emergency alarm etc. are to be supplied and installed in the cabin. vi) Over speed governor mechanism: New top and bottom governor pulley assembly with new 8 mm diameter elevator rope of required length are to be supplied and installed. vii) Counter weight frame and buffers: New counter weight frame with guide shoes is to be supplied and installed. New balancing chain of required size is to be supplied and fitted. 2 nos counter weight guide rails of 9 mm thick and 16 feet length with frames are to be supplied and fitted in the lift shaft top side after removing the old 2 nos worn out guide rails. All the cabin and counter weight guide rails and clamps are to be checked and tightened. Cabin and counter weight guide rails are to be cleaned and lubricated. viii) M.S. collapsible landing gates and gate locks: All the 4 nos old landing floor opening frames are to be cut and removed. New 4 nos landing floor gate frames are to be fabricated and welded with the supply of required structural of ISMC 150 mm. 4 nos of heavy weight new M.S. collapsible gates as per size with gate top roller bar, sealed bearings, gate bottom shoes, gate bottom sills etc. are to be supplied and fitted at all landing floors. The gate top roller bearings and rolling bar are to be lubricated. 4 nos of electromechanical landing gate locks are to be supplied and fitted with all landing gates. New 4 nos lift number plates of appropriate size written with lift no, capacity, landing floor nos, load testing date etc are to be supplied and fitted at all landing floors. Necessary finishing fabrication work and painting of all lift shaft landing floor openings structurals are to be done with supply of necessary Paints, thinners and brush etc. ix) Controller panel and wirings: One new microprocessor based Controller for lift speed control of 1 m/sec with full Selective/collective memory control system with call registration facility is to be supplied and installed. One new M/S Yaskawa make 18.5 KW, A1000 VVVF drive with required resistances compatible for speed control of lift hoist motor is to be supplied and installed with the controller. 4 nos. new flush mounted SS face plate landing floor operating push button switches having 7-segment red glow digital floor level signal indicator with scrolling arrow and hall button boxes are to be supplied and installed. Fireman switch with wirings is to be supplied and installed at ground floor. New over travelling up/dn safety limit switches sets, floor level read switches with magnets sets of required number are to be supplied and installed. The complete new wiring of lift shaft, cabin, control panel, COP and LOPs are to be done with supply of new lift duty 0.75 Sq. mm of ISI marked copper wires, earthing wires, Junction boxes, troughs, flexible pipe and conduit pipes etc of required length. 12 Core Flat type lift duty travelling cable of required length is to be supplied and installed. One push button switch board for lift maintenance running is to be supplied and installed on the top of cabin. Any other lift parts & materials which are required for safe operating and smooth running of lift are to be supplied by the firm and fitted. Final load testing and integrated commissioning of lift running is to be done. UOM=EA, etc.
