| 12 | P/F track deck crill make or equivalent H.I rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020mm cover width 28-35mm high crests at 250 to 255mm TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile SMP Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide panes with 3 No. stiffing ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female ends with fuil return legs on side lapps for purlins support and anti capillary flute inside lapp. The sheets shall have a hot dip metallic coated of zinc and aluminum (150 gms/sm) zinc/aluminum coating mass total on both side AZ-150 as IS-1397,550 PMA, yeild stress. Providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron exterior coat of SMP over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces incld. side and end lap and using 8mm galvalume hex self drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300mm centers on all side and end lapps etc. (measured for unit of laid area).50mm (Including cost of ridges / valleys of plain colour coated sheets complete) |
