1Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.
2(a) All kinds of soil.
3Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.
4Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
5Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :
6(a)1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
7Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s specification.
8Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :
9(a)1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
10Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

85Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately) :-Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

87Taking out flush doorand making necessary repairs by fixing new water proof 4 mm plywoodvennering on exposed sidewith adhesives of approved quality and manufacture like Dunlop S-758 or fevicol SR 998 or equivalentincluding replacing necessary hinges and refixing of the repaired flush door all complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
88Supplying and fixing 0.90 m high G.I chain link fencing of Mesh size 75 mm x 75mm and of approved quality fixed to angle iron post by means of G.I clips/staples including horizontal strands of galvanised high tensile steel wire at top and bottom of 12 SWG which have to be tensioned and fixed to the vertical post by means of clips or bolts and nuts etc complete(Rate is exclusive of costs of angle iron post).
89Uprooting trees/plants/saplings etc from building wall,roofs including cutting of plants,trees as required including required scaffolding and spreading of chemicals generously to the areas to prevent further growth of vegetation all inclusive as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
90Clearing debris of collapsed compound wall by clearing all debris including collapsed bricks,concrete, dried mortars,collapsed earth etc from the proposed reconstruction site including disposal of debris collected beyond 50 meters from the c0mpound as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
91Credit value for old serviceable materials as obtained after dismantlement (Note: Amount of credit items shall be considered as negative value )
