Maintenance and Management contract of Running Rooms at RAY which includes i) Preparation of veg. / non-veg. meals for running staff separately and servicing of prepared food to that staff as per their requirement round the clock 24hours) including cleaning of Utensils, ii) Cleanliness of Running Room and its premises with cleaning agent twice daily including Steam cleaning of Kitchen and Lavatory cleaning with abundant of Phenyl and other cleaning agent and deodorant materials so that no fouling smell, iii) Supply of LPG for cooking of meals, iv) Washing, Cleaning & Ironing of linens and change the same after every occupancy and Dry cleaning of Blankets, v) Supply of Newspapers & Magazines One English & one Hindi each), vi) Maintenance of Desert Cooler, Water Cooler, Aqua Guard etc. and Gardening vii) Spray of insecticides/ Pesticides medicine like DDT, Bleaching Power etc. twice daily.
