8	Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Digital Water Level Recorder (DWLR) with non-vented hydrostatic pressure type sensor with desired measurement range with standard sensor cable for piezometer as specified in the List of installation sites for DWLR along with junction boxes and 5 meter signal cable and necessary accessories with battery operated data logger and GSM & GPRS telemetry System, including the cost of communication for using GSM & GPRS sim and other related charges as per the technical specifications to be installed at designated locations
9	Integration of GSM-GPRS data from proposed DWLR stations with the existing State Data Center (SDC) at SAS Nagar along with all ancillary equipment as per technical specifications.
10	Operation & Maintenance during Five Years Comprehensive Warranty period, for entire DWLR systems with Telemetry system as specified in Schedule of Requirement along with accessories, installed at designated locations and data center equipments after final acceptance of DWLR systems. This includes replacement of materials/good and consumable items & when required at bidder cost. The cost of communication for GSM and GPRS telemetry for data transmission shall be borne by bidder. This also includes availabilty of minimum one service engineer at state data center for O & M of DWLR systems with telemetry along with RTDAS(Existing and New) for Ground Water, Surface Water and Hydro met Data for entire warranty period of 5 years.
11	Training of the purchaser"s personals at the supplier"s plant and / or/ onsite in assembly startup, operations, maintainence and/ or repair of supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibrations, data logger configration, data downloading, data retrival, collection, trouble shooting, processing maintaince requirments and procedure for equipment conigration, installation, site testing and commisioning including training kit and containing course material in soft and hard copies as per techanical specifications.
