Name of Tender : Carry out the underwater routines of ICCP system (L-216 toL-221) and proving of the system onboard ICGS Rajkiran
Sl. No. Item Description
1L-216: Pre- dock inspection. Clean and inspect ICCP anodes and reference electrodes (02 each). Record insulation of anodes and ref electrodes with respect to hull.
2L-217: Inspectthe shield paint and past around the anodes and reference electrodes(02 each). If any peeling off is found, that area must be recoated. In this case the surface preparation ( 02 Sq mtr approx)is required as same as that of new procedures. Measure he resistance between hull anode anode after drying up
3L-218:Inspect the water seepage in the junction box
4L-219:Check all the circuit and thoroughly inspect the wiring /unit/sub unit, renew them wherever necessary and Re commissioning of ICCP system.
5L-220:Check the condition of underwater hull.
6L-221:Clean and preserve all anodes and reference electrodes after docking and ensure cleaning of same before undocking
