Repair to burnt/damaged main cable of 240 sq. mm, 3.5 core of chiller AC plant - II of GMC & H, Jammu by way of disconnecting the supply from the transformer, extracting the damaged cable from the overhead trey, removing the burnt portion of the cable with the help of cutter and then fixing it with sleeves, P/f of new thimbles, glide etc with proper nut & bolts, making the required connections. The job includes Repairs to control panel of Chiller Air Conditioning plant no - IIby way of p/f ofnew motor preventer, relays - 1 no, contactors -3 no’s , 160 amp fuse – 02 no. in place of damaged ones. The job also includes repair to MCCB 200 A by p/f of new kit in place of damaged one. Testing of system on load.The job includes cost of material, labour charges , taxes& carriage. Complete Job

Repair to main servo stabilizer 500 KVA installed for AC chiller plantsof GMC&H, Jammu by way of disconnecting all electrical connections and making temporary arrangement for running of system. The job involves unfastening of nuts-bolts and open the top cover and then dismantling of complete controlling unit by way of chain pulley block tripod stand to draw out its damaged coil- 1 no, rotary switches-2 no. The job includes rewinding of coil with superior quality copper wire/strip, insulation material and varnishing completely and P/f of new rotary switches – 02 no, P/f of new voltmeter with selector switches, Ampere meter, Phase indicators set and replacement of Panel wiring etc., insertion of controlling unit inside chamber using chain pulley block and other tool & tackles and making electrical connections . Complete job includes cost of material and skilled labour charges, testing the stabilizer on unload and load conditions. Complete Job.

Repairs to 50KVA servo control voltage stabilizer installed for02 no. ThyssenKrupp make lifts at GMCH hospital Jammu by way of disconnecting all electrical connections. Job includes dismantling of complete controlling unit by way of chain pulley block, tripod stand to draw out its damaged 01 nos variac assemblies .P/f of new 01 no. variacassembly & control cards - 2 no’s in place of damaged ones. Insertion of controlling unit inside chamber using chain pulley block and other tools and tackles. Topping up of 60 ltrs (approx) T-oil. Making of electrical connections. Complete job includes cost of material and skilled labour charges, testing the stabilizer on full load at site.
