Disposal Of Surplus Earth Debris From Manali Refinery Of Cpcl To Amullaivoyal / Vaikkadu Village ( Part-B ) Disposal Of Surplus Earth Debris From Manali Refinery Of Cpcl To Amullaivoyal / Vaikkadu Village ( Part-B ) , Note: The Following Guidelines To Be Strictly Followed During Execution Of Work : 1.Truck / Tipper / Jcb / Poclain / Dozer / Tractor Or Any Other Vehicles Engaged For Disposal Of Surplus Earth / Debris / Muck Etc.Shall Have Valid Registration Certificate / Permit Documents. 2. The Drivers / Operators Of Vehicles / Machinery I.E. Truck / Tipper / Jcb / Poclain / Dozer Or Any Other Heavy Vehicles / Machinery Engaged For Disposal Of Surplus Earth / Debris / Muck Etc. Shall Possess Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License. 3. Ppe / Safety Norms Of Cpcl Shall Be Followed Strictly By The Contractor At Loading Point In Cpcl Refinery Premises / Etp / Ttp And At Unloading / Disposal Site At Cpcl Land In Amullaivoyal / Vaikkadu Villages. 4. The Contractor Shall Collect The Dispatch Slip Book From Cpcl. 5. Loading Of Surplus Earth / Debris / Muck / Concrete & Brick Debris Etc. Shall Be Carried Out By The Contractor With Valid Work Permit From Cpcl. 6. The Contractor Shall Obtain Clearance For Each Trip Of Loading In Dispatch Slip From Cpcl. 7. Contractor Shall Obtain Cisf Witness Signature At The Time Of Loading In Cpcl Premises. 8. Dispatch Slip Shall Be Signed And Stamped By The Cisf At Cpcl Gate While Leaving Refinery / Etp / Ttp Premises. 9. Vehicle Shall Be Allowed To Enter Amullaivoyal Gate After Signing The Gate Entry Register By The Security Person Deployed By Cpcl Admin. 10. After Unloading At Amullaivoyal, The Dispatch Slip And Unloading Record Slip Of Cpcl Shall Be Signed By The Security Person Deployed By Admin, Truck Driver, Supervisor Of Contractor And Authorised Representative From Project Civil. 11. Next Day Loading Permit Shall Be Issued After Submission Of Previous Day Dispatch Slips To Cpcl. 12. Cpcl Shall Maintain The Records Of Dispatch Slips & Unloading Record Slip For Billing Purpose. 13. Cpcl Will Arrange To Take Photos At Amullaivoyal / Vaikkadu Village Site During Unloading Of Each And Every Tipper To Register Date And Time. 14.All The Formats Will Be Shared With The Successful Contractor On Award Of Work. , Transporting & Disposing The Surplus Earth, Concrete Debris, Rebar Scraps Including Shrubs And Vegetations From Construction Areato The Designated Area ( Amullaivoyal / Vaikkadu Village ) Outside The Refinery Premises Up To A Lead Of 7 Km Including Re-Excavating The Deposited Soil Excavated Earlier & Stacked, Transportation, Loading, Unloading, Laying At All Depths & Heights, Stackingcomplete With All Liftsusing Mechanical Means ( Hydraulic Excavators / Trucks ) / Manuallyas Directedby Engineer In Charge.Minimum 8 Nos.Of Truck To Be Mobilised At Site Daily As Instructed By Eic. ( Note: The Payment Shall Be Made On Quantities, Measured On Truck Basis With 30% Deductions For Voids ) , Supply Of Backhoe Loaders, Trenchers Etc. Like Jcbon Hire Basis Including Fuel / Oil / Lubricantsfor Collecting The Debris And Dumping It By Excavating Pits / Spreading At Designated Places, Levelling Both Areas ( Viz., From Where The Earth Is Transported And Where It Is Deposited ) To Required Levels And Slopes. The Quoted Rate Should Include Mobilization, Operator Crews / Driver Cost, Loading, Transporting, Unloading, Tools, Tackles Etc., As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge. , Same As Sl. No. 30 Above, But For Supply Of Poclain ( Minimum Pc 200 ) , Same As Sl. No. 30 Above, But For Supply Of Crawler Mounted Dozzer , Supply Of Unskilledlabourto Carry Out Petty Works Not Assessable For Measurements / Minor Repair Works, On Day-To-Day Basis. The Rates Shall Include Esi, Pf, Payroll Cost And Allowances, Fringe Benefits, Overhead Supervision, Profits, Personal Protective Equipments Andhand Tools.

Loading of surplus earth/ debris/ Muck / concrete & brick debris etc. shall be carried out by the contractor with valid work permit from CPCL.6. The contractor shall obtain clearance for each trip of loading in dispatch slip from CPCL.7. Contractor shall obtain CISF witness signature at the time of loading in CPCL premises.8. Dispatch slip shall be signed and stamped by the CISF at CPCL gate while leaving Refinery/ ETP/ TTP Premises.9. Vehicle shall be allowed to enter Amullaivoyal gate after signing the gate entry register by the security person deployed by CPCL Admin.10. After unloading at Amullaivoyal, the dispatch slip and unloading record slip of CPCL shall be signed by the security person deployed by Admin, truck driver, supervisor of contractor and authorised representative from Project Civil.11. Next day loading permit shall be issued after submission of previous day dispatch slips to CPCL.12. CPCL shall maintain the records of dispatch slips & unloading record slip for billing purpose.13.
