| 1 | MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF 33 KV SWITCHYARD AND MAINT OF 11 KV HT LINE NETWORK Maint and operation of 33 KV/11 KV switchyard and all other equipment installed in switchyard and HT 11 KV switch gears (VCBs), HT 33/11 KV control panels with tripping mechanism/back up protection system in round the clock in three shifts (each shift of 08 Hours)per day by employing qualified or experienced 01 electrician and 01 helper/lineman in each shift including comprehensive maintenance of all HT/LT electrical equipment installed and HT/LT distribution network in Laitkor area by maintaining attendance register of staff employed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note:- (a)Contractor shall quote his rates for Maint and operation of sub stations and all other HT eqpt installed at 33 KV switchyard and 11/0.0433 KV sub stations and electrical distribution network including provide protection equipments/tools. (b) The spares replaced under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured and paid seperately(c) Details of switch gears are as under :-(i)HT transformer 33/11 KV, step down of capacity 1.6 MVA and 3.15 MVA with allied equipment.(ii)HT transformer 1.6 MVA/3.15 MVA-03 Nos (iii)HT 11 KV VCBs = 13 Nos(iv)HT 33/11 KV control panel=02 Nos(v)OCB 33/11 KV=01 No (vi)All other HT equipments installed at 33 KV switchyard like lightning arrestors, VCBs , structure etc(vii) HT/LToverhead line/underground cables off sizes(viii) Substations 11/0.0433 KV with power distribution transformers etc with following items:-(ix)Power distribution 11/0.0433 KV - 13 Nos transformers with accessories(x) HT 11 KV panel board with accessories = 06 Nos(xi)LT panel boards installedat 33/11 KV Sub Stn-03 Nos (xii)Gen set withpanel boards-02 Nos (xiii)Contractor shall be responsible for any disciplinary case of staff employed(a)Contractor will produce character certificate issued by Police Station, Education/qualification certificateand Experience Certificate belonging minimum 02 years of the staff employed. (b) Necessary life insurance will be done as per prevailing rules for each tradesman employed through this job and the original policy documents will be produced for verification and record of the accepting officer immediately on after approval of trades man(c)All expenditure for necessary T&P, Dress, Safety Hardness Eqpt, communication, stationery, insurance of tradesmans etc as per specified in this jobare deemed to be included in the quoted rate (d) Allpayments oflabours will be done through Nationalized Banks and produced the bank statement to department before claiming bills (e)PENAL CHARGES :- If any of the activity mentioned above is not performed by the contractor than recovery as under will be affected :-(i) Absent on duty ofattandent/trademan/Helper-Rs 1000 per person per shift (ii) Not cleaning (General Maint) of area-Rs 1500 per month(iii) Not providing T&P, protective clothing or safety equipment -Rs 5000 per month(iv) Non deployment of person as perperscribed experience and qualifications - Rs 4000 per person per month.(v) First Shift (0800 hrs to 1600 hrs) |

| 9 | Supply and fill power transformer oil with 50 KV di-electric strength of standard grade (Make-Servo/Savita or equivallent) |
| 10 | Supply anderection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings , ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc as required and directed. |
| 11 | Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head GI pin, nuts, washers etc as required |
| 12 | Supply and fixing tripping coil for HT VCB 11000 volts grade |
| 13 | S & F in replacement ammeter 96 x 96 mm size flush type of capacity 0 -150 Amp all as directed by Engr In Charge. Make : AE or equivalent |
| 14 | S & F selector switch for ammeter all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make : Kayee or equivalent |
| 15 | S & F KV meter of size 6 x 6 inches flush type all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : AE /L & T |
