Name of Work: Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation Testing, Commissioning & Trial Run for 3 months for Sewage Treatment Plant of 3 MLD Capacity comprising of the Coarse Screen, Raw influent Sump, Pumping Machinery, Rising main from Common header to STP, comprising of Fine screen, Grit chamber, Sequential Batch Reactors, Secondary Treated Sewage cum Equalization tank with Pumping machinery, Automatically operated Pressure filters & Activated Carbon Filters, Automatically controlled Chlorination for Sterilization, Biological sludge sump, Sludge lifting pump house, Centrifuge/ Screw filter press, Dry sludge storage platform, Roads, Boundary walls, CCTV, Street lights, MS gate and Treated Sewage disposal/ reuse, Providing and Installation of online flow meters at inlet and out let along with online monitoring device and integration of the same with SPCB and CPCB portal. The scope of contract ends at point of Treated Sewage pipe from the outlet up to 10 meters distance from activated carbon filters outlets with Operation & Maintenance for 5 years during defect liability period including Ferric Chloride, Lime, Polyelectrolyte for Flocculation and Centrifuge / Screw Press, Chlorination during operation maintenance period and the operation maintenance shall be quoted Rs./KL for 5 years with minimum guaranteed period flow of 1.2 MLD on turnkey basis at Gwal Pahari, Municipal Corporation Gurugram.
