10Seating for key personnel on a 16 feet x 12 feet platform of 1 foot height duly barricaded with sofas and tepois, with refreshments as required from time to time.
11Console area of 12 x 12 feet duly masked for sound and light mixers.
12A 12 feet width by 10 feet depth stall to be setup for officials to dispense information on Goa.
13The stall should be equipped with a reception counter with two hostess’ to interact with the public and seating for officials with table and chairs for 6 personnel and sofa set.
14The stall will need to be duly decorated with Goa@60 theme coupled with Tourism promotion.
15The periphery of the event space must be equipped with 6 large self-standing display boards in 10 feet x 10 feet double sided capturing the theme of Goa@60. Hence the total display area will be 12 displays in size 10 x 10 feet.
164 pages brochure/publicity materials to be created and distributed during the event. Minimum 10,000 copies.
17The periphery will also need to have a celebration atmosphere with a photo opp area and props placed around the venue. The props must be on the theme of Goa@60
18The event space will also feature a food counter that will sell Goan cuisine along with local fare and must have a suitable backdrop with Branding of Goa. The food counter must be minimum 12 feet width x 12 feet depth with branding inside and outside.
19Souvenirs like T shirts, Umbrellas and Caps with Goa branding will need to be given out as spot prizes on all three days. 1500 numbers each day.
20A compere will be arranged to manage the event flow and draw the crowd with giveaways and on the spot prizes will also be given.
21The content for the backdrop will be dynamic in nature and vibrant and constantly changing to ensure an attractive display at all times depicting Goa’s rich heritage and culture. Programming for the same will be done as part of the scope.
22Photography and videography of the event by dedicated professional photographer on all three days of the event.
23Required security and bouncers to be organised on all three days. At least two bouncers per day will need to arranged.
24Two ads will need to be placed in regional dailies, one English and one regional language, giving the program for all the three days.
25Digital online promotion will also need to be done on Facebook in the respective cities using the existing Goa Tourism Facebook page and promoted. A cost of Rs. 50,000 per city will need to be spent to promote the same online. Facebook bills will need to be provided to support execution of the same. Besides events to be promoted of all other social media handles of Goa Tourism.
26Should involve local PR agency to arrange press conference during the event at the venue with refreshment and press kit. Minimum 25 nos. of press / media press.
