After approval of BER from BOO these lifts cannot run as per policy in Vouge.

12Taking down old unserviceable landing push button & S & F in repairs landing push button complete with stainless steel plate 2 mm thick (size 95 mm X 300 mm) having push button and combined LED position indicator with arrow indicator including cutting to walls for fixing of push button unit including making good to disturbed surfaces for lift all as specified and as directed.
13Disconnecting and taking old/unserviceable travelling cable and supply Flat TravellingCable PVC insulated 16 core flat/ round type with multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade of size 0.75 sqmm confirming to IS and including thimbless suspended type freeely move with car cabin up and down movements between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connection with midway junction and other connection required in circuit complete for lifts installed at army area colabacomplete all as specified and as directed. 25Schedule Part- III Operation of multiple passenger lift installed at various buildings by deputing one lift attendent for vertical operation of one lift per shift for timing of One shifts (i.e. 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs) including daily cleaning of car cabin, taking care of lift for smooth functioning, checking of vertical landing operation, any damage, pilferage, theft & any breakdown shall be immediately inform to concerned lift mechanic, JE/AGE E/M as specified and directed. Loaction/Bldg No : (i)P-28
26Operation of multiple passenger lift installed at various buildings by deputing one lift attendent for vertical operation of one lift per shift for timing of Two shifts (i.e. 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) including daily cleaning of car cabin, taking care of lift for smooth functioning, checking of vertical landing operation, any damage, pilferage, theft & any breakdown shall be immediately inform to concerned lift mechanic, JE/AGE E/M as specified and directed. Loaction/Bldg No : (i)P-112, P-107 Important Note for Item No 25 & 26 : (i) The contractor shall pay to the operators/ personalsin their Bank Account and statement of Bank Account shall be submitted to GE for his verification while claiming interim payment. (ii) The rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of latest notification issued by Govt of India as on bid submission end date. The minimum wages, shall include all taxes (including GST, GST on works contracts, labour welfare cess/tax etc.), EPF for personals employed and also any other levies payable under the respective states. The contractor shall be required to submit the documentary proofof Employers Provident Fund(EPF) details for the personals employed.EPF/ ESIC/Bonus shall be payable by the contractor as applicable as per rules (iii)Minimum wages shall be as applicable as per latest revised wages of labour as fixed by Govt of India as applicable to the work as on bid submission end date. (iv)The rate quoted below minimum wages shall not be considered for acceptance. (v)The rates quoted for any items if "Negative" or "Nil" willbe considered non-bonofide bid and the contractor will be asked for explanation on the same. (vi)The bidder shall have to be consider their profit and over head charges on above provision. In case bidder consider NIL profit and over head charges, the bidder shall be treated as a unresponsive and his offer shall be consider as a non bonafide bid.
