Execution Of Civil And Structural Work On Boq Basis As Per Nit Site grading, surface dressing, levelling of the ground including removing vegetation, grass brush, wood, tree, deposted coal etc., and In-equagrading not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared and lift upto 2m as directed by Engineer. 2 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 4 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Soft/Ordinay Rock) 5 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 4 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Hard Rock-blasting prohibited) 6 Available earth- Earth work in backfilling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 7 Disposal of excavated earth/moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 2 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 8 Supplying, stacking and laying of boulder / stone / aggregate / brick soling including packing filling interstices with smaller size stones / bricks dry and wet consolidation with moorum as coarse aggregate in foundation, floor, trenches, pits and pavements including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing with mechanical means and tamping complete as per drawing and specification and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 9 Supplying and fillingapproved quality coarse sand / medium sand (Zone II or Zone III) in foundation or under floor, trenches, pits including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing, all lead, lift and depth complete as per drawing and specification and direction of Er. Incharge. 10 Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graged stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all places as per drawing, including cost of centering & shuttering with all materials, labours, tools and tackles etc., complete as dircted by Er. incharge. 11 Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work in all places as per drawing, using cement content as per approved design mix, including labour, mechanical vibrator, ramming, pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 12 Supplying and Fixing in position TMT Grade Fe 500D reinforcement conforming to IS1786 at all levels and positions including the cost of transport, straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, welding, provision of necessary chairs and spacersas per drawings and specifications and including cost of binding wire, materials, labour tool & tackles etc., all complete in all respects as per drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 13 Providing, centering and shuttering including strutting propping, fixing, fitting etc. and removing formwork for concrete works for plain surfaces for all places as per drawing for heights upto 15m and depths upto 5m from the plinth level or part thereof etc., complete as directed by Er. Incharge 14 Providing & painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade of Two or more coats on new work including materials, labour, tool & tackles etc., complete in all respects as per drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 15 Supplying, fabrication and fixing at all levels and positions steel embedments/ inserts like plates, angle, channels, anchor bolts, MS pipe sleeves including threading etc. including jigs, templates fixtures complete as perdrawings, specifications with all materials, labours, tools and tackles etc., complete as directed by Er. Incharge. 16 Providing and laying First class bricks/Fly Ash brick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand)in all types of foundation and superstructure at all depths/heights including projections, pillars, parapets and as per drawing, all complete including cut work, curing, scaffolding, including filling of joints with cement mortar 1:6 and racking of joints, with supply, labour, tools andtackles, scaffolding etc., complete as per the direction of Er. Incharge. 17 Providing and laying 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:6(1 cement : 6 fine sand) )over brick or concrete surfaces for all heights and places and as per drawing, finished with a floating coat of neat cement slurry with all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as directed by Er. Incharge. 18 Making garland drain in all places as per drawing, usingfirst class brick in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) over 75 mm thick of cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & finishing the top smooth with 18 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) with neat cement punning, including necessary excavation, levelling, dressing & finishing, with all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as directed by Er. Incharge. 19 Providing and laying ordinary grouting on the base of steel columns and equipments, anchor holes, etc. as per drawing with(1:1:2) concrete with 6 mm gauge stone ballast after erection of steel columns and equipments including all materials, labour, tool and tackles etc., complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of the Engineer. 20 Dismantaling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats, channels, including gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding, etc. including dismembering and stacking the materials within 50 m lead, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 21 Dismantling roofing & side caldding including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 22 Supply, Fabrication and painting of heavy/Medium Strl. Steel works such as columns, girders, portals, roof trusses, bracings, purlins, liner, hopper, rail, runners, cladding buffer stops etc. where the weight of each individual completed item/assembly is 1 to 4 MT or above. The work includes labelling (printing address on the item), painting steel work with enamel paint to give an even shade (Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 L/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80L/10sqm of approved brand or manufacture), erection marks, stacking after fabrication, electrical charges, use, depreciation and hire charges of all types of machines, plants and equipments, supply of approved quality and size of electrodes, consumables, gas etc., bolting and tying of loose materials with supply of bolts, wire etc., cutting, chamfering, filling, providing a primer coat of red lead, use and depriciation of templates and other temporary work etc all complete with labours, materials, tools and tackles etc. The work shall be carried out as per drgs. and specification and/or as directed by Er. Incharge. 23 Erection of steel columns including cleats & brackets, girders, portals, roof trusses, bracing, purlins, liner, hopper, rail, runners, claddings, buffer stops etc. with all necessary fastenings. The item includes transportation of fabricated materials within a lead of 1 km, stacking, touching primer coat of paint, cleaning & checking of foundation & anchor bolts, alignment, all lead and lift, assembly to proper profile & chamber, site welding, bolting, riveting, drilling holes, gas cutting etc. including supply of all materials, machines & cranes, bolts, rivets, nuts, washers, welding rods, other fastenings, packing plates, labour etc. & also including rectification of defects due to transportation but excluded the cost of fabricated steel. The work shall be carried out as per drgs & specifications, and/ or as directed by Er. Incharge. 24 Supplying and fixing of 0.5 mm CGI profile sheet (conforming to IS 277-2007) covering roof and side cladding including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets, including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 25 Supplying and fixing of translucent sheet of approved colour on roof and side cladding matching with CGI sheets, fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 26 Supplying and fixing 0.5 mm ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers with all material, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as directed by Er. Incharge.
