| 10 | Provide special type aluminium anodised section of 62.5x38.0x 2mm 1.04 Kg/m to form grids of size required as per site condition, Aluminium composite panels shall be 4 mm thick and approved shade. The basic frame work should be fixed to the masonry or concrete work with adequate and properly designed anchor fastners-Ficher/ Hilt make nut and bolts etc. The frame work has to be finished to line and level. Aluminium composite panel of approved shade placed horizontally on the sub frame Jindal 8936 or equivalent with spacer form type and applied with architectural grade silicon construction sealant (UV resistant) of DOW corning 995/ 795 with requisite structural bite applied along the perimeter of each ACP panel properly cured as sealant manufacturer specification or 3 MVHB TAPE as per primary Sealant DOW Corning 789 as weather sealant cured aluminium composite panel along with necessary thermal gaskets and adequate fastners to line and level complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Alstrong/ Euro bond or equivalent as approved by GE. |
