4Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) a) Raised and cut pointing
5Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. a) All kinds of soil.
6Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) cum 7365.15
7Supplying at site : a) R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarsesand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-incharge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).
8Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. a) With RBT reinforced barbed wire
9Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns
10Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
11Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
12Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)
13Dismantling chain link fabric fencing (mesh size 50X50mm, made of 4mm dia GI wire) including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
14Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
15Deduct for disposal of dismantled/unserciceable scrap of MS iron, Jali, pipes, sections etc. from the site i/c all labour, cartage etc. complete; as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
16Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm
17Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work
18Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a) One or more coats on old work
19Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
20Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)
21Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
22Dismantling, cutting & relaying of existing bajri paths and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of brick aggregate, moorum and red bajri required.
23Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture
24Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) : a) Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing.30 mm thick
25Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : a) 25 mm thick
26Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.
2730 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush.a) Red sand stone
28Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)
29Providing and fixing precast concrete bench (Chair type) with back. The bench consists of 2 nos. L-shape base support in gray cement colour of thickness of 100 mm back height 1000mm & front height- 450mm, base width -620mm and 5 nos. reinforced concrete planks of in red colour size 1500 x 100x 50mm and 1 no. of reinforced concrete planks of size 1500 x 200x 50 mm, manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete & reinforced suitable to prevent damage during handling transportation, erection and long use. All parts are joined together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size. All bolts are sealed after assembly. Seating length of the bench shall be 1500 mm, seating height of the bench = 450mm and total height of the bench = 1000mm bench. Top and back planks are treated with special anti corrosive, water proof coating so as to make surfaces glossy and water proof.
30Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 4 mm thick ACP sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-incharge.(Structural frame work including M.S/S.S plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment). a) Overhead informatory signage
31Providing and fixing Un-plasticised Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) pipes Schedule-40 as per ASTM D1785 including all uPVC plain & brass threaded fittings and valves This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step uPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.a)75 mm dia Pipes
32Providing and fixing Un-plasticised Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) pipes (Schedule-40), as per ASTM D1785 including all uPVC fittings and valves, this includes jointing of pipes & fittings with solvent, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.a)50 mm nominal outer dia Pipes
33Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
34Note:- In case of abnormally low bids i.e. bids below 25% of estimated cost put to tender, the lowest bidder will have to deposit an Additional Performance Guarantee (Security) (APS). This APS will be in addition to performance guarantee mentioned in clause -1 and shall be deposited in the form of FDR/BG. This APS shall be = 0.75 x estimated cost put to tender Minus tendered amount.
