Total dynamic head :- As mentioned in parameters or as per site requirement Material of construction D. Impeller:- confirm to IS-1520 code 2.Shaft:- SS410 E. Pump casing:- Cast Iron The pump shall confirm to IS-1520 code MOTOR :- A. Type :- Horizontal squirrel cage Induction Type B. Rating: - Suitable for above parameters. C. No of phases: 03 phase, 415 V D. Winding:-Copper wound squirrel cage E. Type of enclosure:-SPDP/TEFC F. Method of cooling: - Air cooled with fan mounted Method of Starting: star delta The pump-motor mounted on a common base frame fabricated out of M.S channel of suitable size and duly fitted with T- type foundation bolts /nuts and washers to make the pumping unit vibration free. The pump and motor should be coupled through suitable coupling. The coupling faces checked for both angular and axial alignment with the help of tapered gauges/feeler gauges or dial indicator. Job includes Laying of foundation block for HCP of size 1.83 m (length) X 0.91 m (breadth) X 0.91 m (Depth) or as per size of foundation plate. Disposing off the excavated material to a suitable place. Construction of 1 no foundation block by Providing and Fabrication a 10mm steel bar mesh and placing the base frame on the mesh placed inside the shuttering after proper leveling. Fabrication of 06 nos. new Foundation U bolts 16 mm thick 1.5 feet longfor theHCP. These foundation U bolts are to be fixed in the base frame and welding/fixing it with steel mesh at appropriate places. Laying the block in 1:2:4 reinforced cement concrete mixture. Complete job involves skilled and semiskilled labour, cost of material and carriage charges of sand, bajree, 10mm dia. tor steel, Cement and allied materials along with hire charges of tools and tackles involved. The job also involves curing of laid block for 7 days. Fabrication of delivery line for HCPs using 65mm dia M.S. pipes as per requirement. Providing and fitting of 65 mm dia.12 mm thick, M.S flanges to the ends of the GI Pipes by way of welding as per requirement. Providing and fitting of 65 mm dia. M.S Bends (both long and short) welded with M.S flanges or end of the GI pipe as per requirement. P/F of 01 No. 65 mm dia. sluice valve and 1 no 65 mm dia NRV PN1.6 on the delivery line by way of placing rubber gaskets in between flanges and the Valve and tightening them with the nuts and bolts. All the nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets are to be provided by the firm as per requirement. The alignment of the delivery lines must be perfect. The Welding must be of superior quality and the welding rods used must be confirming to ISI Standards. Workmanship must be of the highest quality. The Job also includes the painting of all the pipes and fittings with superior quality paint in two coats. The complete Job includes the cost of material, such as 65 mm dia.MS Pipes, sluice and Non return Valve, Nuts and Bolts, Gaskets, paint, welding material, other tools and tackles, technical & non-technical labour, transportation and other miscellaneous charges. |
