The Building Must Be Dismantled With The Help Of Jcb / Proclainer / Labour In The Presence Of Authorised Railway Witnessing Officials Duly Observing All The Safety Precautions. [ 5 ] . The Bidder Should Provide Proper Barricading All-Round The Building To Prevent Damaging Of Adjoining Structures From Dismantled Material And Not To Endanger The Safety Of Human Beings And Public / Private Property In Vicinity.Purchaser Should Place Safety Banner Surrounding The Work Place / Spot. [ 6 ] .During Dismantling, Purchaser Should Take Necessary Measures To Avoid Damages To The Adjacent Buildings & Common Walls. The Dismantling Shall Be Done Under Supervision Of Railway Representatives Only.Any Accident / Unusual Occurence At Work Site During Dismantling Full Responsibility Will Be Borne By Purchaser And Railway Officials Shall Not Be Held Responsible. [ 7 ] .The Whole Structure Is To Be Dismantled By The Purchaser Up To Ground Level I.E., Upto Level Of Earth / Soil, Duly Levelling The Site Within The Stipulated Free Delivery Period I.E., 50 Days From The Date Of E-Auction. They Also Take Debris Arising Out Of Flooring. Soil Cannot Be Taken As Part Of Delivery. [ 12 ] . Delivery Witnessing Officials Will Invariably Certify In The Delivery Completion Report That All Debris / Waste Etc Generated Has Been Cleared.
