| 1 | Material & labour for Transplantation of Trees as given in Appendix “A” within a distance of 3 Km including excavation, bar lapping, lifting, loading, transportation and transplanting. Digging pits, manure or sludge, sand, fertilizer, growth hormone/ rootex/ bio fertilizer, guying, flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, with 1 (one) year maintenance of transplanted trees including weeding, watering, spraying, guying and fertilizer application complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) The start date of the maintenance period (Phase-II) will be considered after the transplantation of all the Trees as mentioned in Appendix “A”.(ii) The girth of the trees mentioned in Appendix “A” is taken at 1 m above ground level.(iii) To ensure the survival of transplanted trees the contractor should follow all the laid down procedures given in the “Tree Transplantation Policy 2020” published by the Department of Environment, Forest and Wildlife, Delhi vide gazette notification F. No. 3(20)/ CF/ HQ/ Transplantation policy of tree/ part-file-A/ 2018-19/ 6453 dated 24 Dec’ 2020 and for details copy of the same may be downloaded by the bidder from the website http://web.delhi.gov.in.(iv) Unless otherwise specified the RAR payment will be released as per clause 9 of a particular specification.(v) Since the work is being specialised in nature the defect rectification for this work is will be considered from the completion of Phase-I.(vi) Unless otherwise specified all the provisions/ conditions as mentioned above are deemed to be included in the contractor quoted rate and no extra claim on this account is entertained. |
