| 3 | Operation and daily maintenance of weighing scales including preventive & breakdown maintenance as per requirement by deploying One Skilled Labour - Mechanic /Electrician on round the clock basis for smooth and trouble free operation of the system installed at Hajj Terminal for departure flights during Hajj Operation complete as required as per the instruction and to the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.(Note: The deputation period shall be decided based on the flight schedule and in consultation with the Engineer-in-Charge. Payment against this item shall be based on the actual deputation period). |

The departure system has to be maintained on round the clock basis (One Skilled Labour - Mechanic /Electrician in each shift, One Unskilled Labour - Helper in each Shift, One Supervisor (Highly Skilled) in General Shift)for smooth and trouble free operation of the total system installed at Old ITB complete as required as per the instruction and to thesatisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.(Note: The deputation period shall be decided based on the flight schedule and in consultation with the Engineer-in-Charge. Payment against this item shall be based on the actual deputation period). |

The arrival system has to be maintained on round the clock basis (One Skilled Labour - Mechanic /Electrician in each shift, One Unskilled Labour - Helper in each Shift, One Supervisor (Highly Skilled) in General Shift) for smooth and trouble free operation of the total system installed at Old DTB complete as required as per the instruction and to the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.(Note: The deputation period shall be decided based on the flight schedule and in consultation with the Engineer-in-Charge. Payment against this item shall be based on the actual deputation period). |
