1715 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at MC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
1816 Providing and applying tack coat using cold bitumen emulsion including spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen with preparing the existing road surface as per specifications: a) On W.B.M / W.M.M. @ 0.4kg/sqm
19b) On bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm
2017 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
2118 Providing and laying Bituminous macadam strictly as per World Athletics (earlier IAAF) Guidelines under the supervision of Synthetic track manufacturer representative/engineer on prepared surface with specified graded crushed stone aggregate for profile corrective base/binder course including loading of aggregate with FE loader and hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tipper to paver and laying the mixed material with paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the required level and grade and rolling by road roller as per MORTH specifications, to achieve the desired density and compaction, but excluding the cost of primer /tack coat all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. a) 50/75mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of 60/70 grade @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix)
2219 Providing and laying Bituminous concrete strictly as per World Athletics (earlier IAAF) Guidelines under the supervision of Synthetic track manufacturer representative/engineer using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. a) 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
2320 Removing and Refixing the existing old Drain Covers of size 600x450x80 mm all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
2421 Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means of brick bats etc. laid in the existing athletic tracks of average thickness 30 cm including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

The finished surface of concrete base RCC slab shall have required non skid / non slippery finish and gradient as per requirements / specifications.(the cost of throwing circle rings is not included in this item and shall be paid as part of competition equipment).
2825 Providing and laying World Athletics Approved Synthetic Athletics Track FULL PUR system minimum thickness not less than as prescribed in World Athletics Track & Field Facilities Manual, 2019 including line marking and obtaining class II certification from World Athletics. The certificate must mention the thickness of the product. The product must be free of Volatile Organic compound (report should be attached with the specs). FULL PUR System duly World Athletics certified, spread with SBR (recycled rubber) in first 2 layers and colored EPDM Granules in final layer must be water impermeable layer consist of bound sub base (closed asphalt), for rubber granules 1-4 mm fixed with a cast coating 4 mm per layer & structured cast coating of appropriate thickness SPREAD WITH EPDM 1-4 MM. System should fulfill the following properties - Water impermeable, Pore-filled, self leveling, joint less, granulated surface for anti slip properties can handle constant stresses by spikes, dynamic elasticity, excellent appearance & colours, including markings on the surface all complete as per requirements/ specifications laid down by World Athletics all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
