1Expert Supervision
2Hiring Charges of Expert : Here Unit \"Day\" indicates working at site on normal working days(Monday to Saturday) for 8Hrs per Day of each expert.(The 8 hours working excludes 01 hour of lunch)
3Extra Overtime charges for expert: Over Time Hours shall be paid for no. of hours worked beyond first 8 hours for each expert for normal working days. For working on sundays/holidays, the hourly OT rates shall be paid
4Travelling Flight charges charges: Travel expenses i.e. flight(Economy Class) incurred per visit. Flight Travelling expenses shall be reimbursed at actuals upon submission of supporting documentary evidences. The cost has been taken for estimation purpose only (with Taxes)Note: The unit of measurement \"EA\" represents charges for each expert (To & Fro).
5Travelling Cab/Taxi charges: Travel expenses incurred against Taxi/Cab charges from Delhi Airport to Panipat. Charges incurred against Travel through Cab/Taxi shall be reimbursed at actuals upon submission of supporting documentary evidences. The cost has been taken for estimation purpose only (with Taxes).Note : The unit of measurement \"EA\" represents charges for each expert per visit (To & Fro)
6Lodging/boardingCharges: Hotel Lodging/boarding charges incurred per visit. Lodging/Boarding Charges shall be reimbursed at actuals upon submission of supporting documentary evidences, per expert per visit. The cost has been taken for estimation purpose only (with Taxes)Note : The unit of measurement \"DAY\" represents charges incurred per expert per day.
