Name of Work:Providing and installation of SPS 5000GPH X 250 MH along with allied electro-mech equipments at pumping station Dug well Dabbar Potha Nowshera.

1Providing, installation of submersible pump set 5000GPH X 250 MH coupled with suitable motor. The pumping Machinery should conform to relevant ISO with all latest amendments at pumping station Dug well Dabbar Potha Nowshera. The equipment shall also be accompanied with test certificates and performance curves. The job includes installation of pumping set by way of carriage/ shifting of pumping machinery by MT and HL at site, along with allied electro-Mech equipments.Providing/fitting of 80mm dia GI column pipe 10 feet long welded with MS flanges of 80mm dia at both ends -02 Nos. for making delivery of the pump. Fabrication of GI pipe nipple of 80mm dia with threads at one end & MS flange at other end & fastening the threaded end of nipple with the delivery of pump.Fabrication/fitting of MS clamps 80mm dia. - 02 sets for holding submersible pump & nipples. Coupling of pump motor set with the help of coupling pulley. Lowering of pump motor set along with GI column pipe and submersible cable into the Dug well with the help of chain pulley block, ropes & skilled/unskilled labours. Providing/Fitting of MS bends 80mm dia, flanges, nut/bolts & washers, and interconnecting with the raising main with all allied welding work.Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, welding/fitment charges and carriage/shifting charges.
