| 18 | Bond Coat: Providing and applying epoxy resin bonding agent which shall be a solvent free epoxy based two component resin system (Make of SIKA/STP/BASF /Fosroc). The bonding agent shall be applied by brush & should remain in tacky state after application for a minimum period of 5-6 hrs @ 30 deg C. Product shall achieve 10 N/mm2 shear strength as per BS 6319 standards. |

Cleaning of holes: Cleaning the hole by air blower prior to fix nozzle.Fixing of nozzles: 12mm dia NRV Non-plastic nozzels in cleaned holes with the help of epoxy resin. Cutting of nozzles : Cut the nozzle by cut wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. |
