Providing and fixing of IP20 SMD Mid Power LED Batten type integrated light fixture on buy back basis in place of existing 1 x28/36 watt tube light fixture. New fixture is made from extruded aluminum powder coated housing within build driver, power consumption of 20 w system lumen efficacy less lthan 110 Im/watt outpur, internal urge protection of 2.5 KV with short and open circuit protection, THD greater than 10 percent P.F less than 0.95 CRI less than 80 life time of 50000 burring hours with 70 percent initial 5700K/6000K/6500K As per ANSI Bin, maximum power consumption should not be more than the specified rating, fixture shall be of as per BIS compliance and T.C. Mark complete in all respect. Manufactures word Mark/Name should Engraved/Embossing/Screen printing on die cast Housing to allow traceability/Authenticity of fixture . OEM must have its own in house NABL Lab setup for all testing facilities for LED Fixtures.(LM79/LM80) Certificate/Report . all as per pre approved by engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/work , refer annexure A attached with PWD electrical BSR Cost includes buyback and dismantling of existing 1 x 28/36 watt tube light fixture with labour scaffolding T and P etc as required 4 LED tube shape fixture 20 W (Extruded A 1 Base)

Providing and fixing of IP 66 protected LED street light luminaries on existing bracket/pole on buy back basis in place of existing sodium/mercury type street lights. fixture made of powder coated single piece pressure die cast aluminum with heat dissipation fins on housing with toughened glass cover and secondary lens on each LED and should be SMD type. The system level luminaries efficancy Greater than equal 120 high power LEDs is to be used the luminarires shall be IS 10322 and potted driver with input voltage AC 120 to 270 V AC with high voltage cutoff less than equal 300 V AC and auto resetting safety input frequency 50 hz add 3 percent power factor less than 0.95 diriver efficiency less than 85 percent THD (1) greater than 10 percent humidity 10 percent to 90 percent RH working temp -5C to 45C. Providing and fixing of BEE Star rated dobule ball bearing capacitor start, aluminum body and metallic blade ceiling fan on buy back basis in place of existing ceiling fan of any type, conforming to IS 374-1979 and IS 1885-P-V-1981. Input power 50 watts at maximum speed and 230 volts, air delivery equal less than 200 CMM, speed equal less than 330 RPM, with down rod upto 30 cm with secondary support safety cable (Steel wire cotter pin with 3 x 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated flexible copper conductor making connection testing etc. as required. all as per pre approved by engineer in charge.
