Sub Head :- Preparation of Consultancy Report for (a)Design & survey of external drainage system including sewerage, drainage, water supply, rain water harvesting etc. and (b) coordinating with electrical services etc. including preparation of working drawings as per existing services available at site as well as re-development plan for surface parking and (c)two level parking with all T&P etc. (d)It also includes vetting of design from IIT/NIT etc. duly approved from DDA with approval of redeveloped external drainage system from SDMC as per requirement of SDMC as a complete job including preparation of final drawings. Nothing extra will be paid for this work, what so ever the case may be. (e)Design of two level parking including electrical arrangements with all structural design of parking duly approved from IIT/NIT etc. & duly approved from DDA. (f)Survey of existing storm water drainage system and evolving methodology/scheme for its disposal arrangements from housing pockets and preparation of working drawings as required at site including BOQ, Technical Specification etc. in D-6 Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Estimated Cost :Rs.16,63,385/-
