The styles and rails mitred andjoined at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/plastic brackets of size 75×220 mm having wallthickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. Thestyles of the shutter reinforced by inserying galvanisedMS tube of size 20×20 mm and 1 mm ± 0.1 mm wallthickness. The lock rail made up of \"H\" Section, aUPVC hollow section of size 100×24 mm and 2 mm ±0.2 mm wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles bymeans of plastic /galvanised MS \"U\" cleats. Theshutter frame filled with a UPVC multi-chamberedsingle panel of size not less than 620 mm, havingoverall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm ± 0.1 mm wallthickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar attwo places by inserting horizontaly 6 mm galvanisedMS rod and fastened with nuts and washers, completeas per manufacturer\"s specification and direction ofEngineer-In-Charge. 15Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door framemade of UPVC extruded, section having an overalldimension, as below (tolerance +/- 1mm) with wallthickness 2.0mm+/- 02mm. corners of the doorframe to be jointed with galvanized brackets andstainless screws, joint mitred and plastic wilded. Thehinge side vertical of the frames reinforced bygalvanized MS tube of size 19 × 19 mm and 1 mm +/-0.1 mm wall thickness and 3 nos stainless steelhinges fixed to the frame complete as permanufacturers specification and direction ofEngineer-In-Charge.8.114.1 Extruded section Profile size 48x40 mm.
