| 1 | Supply, fabricating & fixing of all structural members towards erection of MS platform on western side of Jgamohana of Sun Temple, with contractor\"s steel, T & P, machinery and all other consumables as well as ancillary items. The rate shall be inclusive of all required scaffolding, staging, form work, temporary arrangements, assembling, erection, fixing, welding, bolting as per IS- 2062:1991 or latest BIS code e.g. angle, plates, channels, joists and other steel section etc. with all required labours, T & P required for the work, all transportation of new fabricated materials to the N-W corner of Prakara Wall of the temple, loading, unloading, incidental charges, ascend, descend etc. complete or as directed. Note: Cost of all materials, plates, angles, channels and other steel section along with nuts & bolts etc. included. |
| 2 | Metalizing of girder and girder components as per IRS B1-2001 (including all revised relevant codes) with sprayed aluminium of nominal thickness of 150Microns & application of protective paints over it as per specification. The work included surface preparation by grit/sand blasting, washed, salt free angular silica sand, metalising, washing thoroughly with a suitable thinner. After metalising, application of etch primer to IS:5666, the second coat zinc chromate primer to IS:104, two coats of aluminium paints to IS:2339, brushing or spraying as required, including handling, re-handling, stacking, supplying all materials, power, T & P, lead, lift, labour etc. complete in all respect. |
