Detailed survey of all existing functional/non functional Ranney wells along with the reports.a) Assessment of radial, present condition after dewatering of theRanney wells, Discharge of the well and Quality of water. As-sessment report of Ranney well to be provided with Photographs forbetter representation. b) Siltation/clogging/other malfunctioning of the well. Sludge clean-ing from the well minimum up to the lowest radial, to access ground level conditions.c) The Bidder shall provide and ensure sufficient protection gears like safety belts, shoes, hand gloves, ladders, etc. are being used by their workers while carrying out works. Bidder has all the risk responsibility for their staff and equipments.d) Bidder must perform assessment, inspection and checking of pumps for any issue resulting in the malfunctioning of ranney well.e) Bidder performs the videography of the investigation works for eachradial/ranney well.f) Water sampling test from certified lab/Institutions.g) Well specific study on to increase discharge of the depleted wells along with the reports. Reports shall be submitted mentioning the recommendations to make the Ranney wells fully operational.h) Assess the reason of reduced discharge if that is happening due to clogging/ siltation/ over pumping in surrounding areas etc. Find out specific cause of water quality deterioration. Any other issue prevalent in the area.i) BOQ Shall be prepared mentioning each items with quantity to be required with cost estimates for fully functioning of Ranney well in allaspects.j) Preventative measures shall be taken by the Bidder while con-ducting the works and it shall be the whole responsibility of the Bidder to use their own calibrated equipment to carry out the works.The above works shall be conducted on all 11 Ranney wells on priori-ty basis, as mentioned below.Ranney well -2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10,11,6 &1.Note: BOQ and Reports as mentioned above shall be as per the Client Satisfaction.
