Without Causing Loss To Any Railway Property ( F ) Any Loss / Damage That May Arise ( If Any ) Due To Theft, Accident, Flood Etc Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railways Under Any Circumstances
