No extra cost for fault finding at ASCON nodes will be given to contractor.2. LT fault / reapir and maintanace intimated to the contractor or his rep at any time day or night, through complaint slip or telephonically must be rectified by the contractor within 8 Hrs. If contractor fails to rectify the fault with in 8 Hrs a panelty of Rs 500 per day per complaint will be deducted till the fault/complaint is rectified.3. All Material required for the repair and matainance work considered in the CA will be made available by the contractor with in 3 Hr. |
