Tender For Providing Lightning Spike, Equipment Earthing And Related Electrical Infra Works For Nbsnl Cell Bts At Mogalrajpuram,Vijayawada -1 Earthing with 4 Nos. GI plates for Tower body earthing / Lightning protection earthing / Equipment earthing etc. by observing the following procedure. (A) Digging of earth pit of size 2mtr x 2mtr x 3mtr deep and refilling the same after installing the earth plate system. (B) Supplying and installing 4 Nos. hot dip GI earth plates of size 600mm x 600mm x 6.5 mm. (C) Drilling holes to the plates, making connections to all the four plates for extending earth using GI bolts & nuts, washers, lead washers etc. (D) Providing 1 dia GI watering pipe (B-class) of approximate length 2.2 mtr with suitable GI sheet funnel (E) Providing masonary enclosure of 300 mm x 300 mm for earth pit with Cast Iron/MS hinged cover plate. (F) Providing and fixing 2 x 10 x 16 SWG GI / MS ( or suitable size) sheet to the masonary enclosure (including painting) for sign writing of the earth pit. (G) Initial watering of the earth pit including arranging necessary water etc as required. 2 Providing and fixing lightning conductor finial made of 25mm dia 900 mm long GI pipe ( B-class) having single prong at top with suitable size GI base plate including holes etc.as required. 3 S&F of 25x5 mm GI strip on surface / in recess for connections as required ( Horizontal/Earth pits) 4 S&F of 25x5 mm GI strip on surface / in recess for connections as required ( Vertical) 5 Providing and fixing earth bus of size 32 mm x 6 mm GI strip of 30 cm long on surface for connections including porcelain insulators, clamps and screws etc as required. 6 Removing of the existing damaged /rusted GI strip on vertical wall of the building as required ( approx 40m )SH-II Service Connection -1 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/PVC pipe as required. (i) upto 35 sqmm 2 Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. (i) upto 35 sqmm 3 Supplying & fixing of the following size PVC pipe ( ISI Make) on surface of wall/ recess as reqd. a). 40 mm dia Rigid PVC pipe 4 S/F of the wooden board of suitable size for fixing Three phase meter board inclduing fixing of the energy meter etc as required. 5 Supplying & fixing of the 4 way SP&N DB with double door on surface of wall as required.( M/s Standard or ss make ) 6 S/F of the following MCBs suitable for operation n 440V, AC supply as required. (i) 40 A FP MCB 7 Supplying and fixing of the 3 Nos 63A, 415V Fuse cutouts along with neutral link on a suitable wooden board on surface of wall , necessary interconnections etc as required. 8 Extra for fixing of the electrical PVC conduits/XLPE Cable/removing of un used/rusted GI Strip on high vertical walls on high vertical walls outside of the 5 floor Apartment building by hanging from ceiling with help of ropes,safety belts etc, incuding hiring of necessary safety equipment, ropes, ladders,arranging specialized skilled labour for hanging and fixing the conduits, service cable,earth stripe etc as required. 9 Fixing of the APCPDCL 3 phase / 1 PH energy meter on wooden board/ in existing meter box / on surface of wall by co -ordination with SPDCL staff ,testing, release of supply etc complete as required., 10 Extra for breaking of CC flooring/removing Floor Tiles of the Building of upto suitable size/requirement for providing Earthing and laying of earth strips , making good the damages after completion of Earthing work with CC Flooring/pasting existing recovered tiles , cement plastering works , arranging sand, water, neat finishing and shifting of debris outside of the premises etc as required. 11 Supplying and Laying of 10 sqmm flexible copper conductor cable as required for inter connections and earthing. 12 Supplying and crimping of 10sqmm copper lugs suitable for the above cable as required. 13 S/F of suitable size PVC box on surface of wall/on the existing MS stand for housing the Meter/Fuse Cutouts /Switch gear etc as required.( M/s Syntex or similar superior make ) -1 Engine 2 Alternator(Brushless) 3 Battery (Lead Acid / Mntc.
