Item also includes providing quantities for cutting & filling based on FDL suggested by IOCL.The grid for levels should be spaced at 3 M on both the directions and area covered is up to 5000 Sqm including minimum 10 M wide strip beyond plot boundaries & up to front road. Rate is inclusive of submission of complete report in three sets along with soft copy in CD.Payment will be made for each site. |

| 5 | Soil investigation by approved agency (ISO certified / Govt. approved / any other approved by IOCL) including all applicable field investigations such as boring two holes 150 NB up to 6 M depth / refusal strata (N value greater than 50) whichever earlier,Standard Penetration Test at every 1.5 M or as per site conditions, collecting disturbed & undisturbed soil samples at every 1.5 M depth or as per site conditions, determination depth of water table, etc. and laboratory investigations such as testing of samples collected from field (disturbed / undisturbed soil samples), Sieve Analysis, Atterberg\"s Limit, Particle Size Analysis, Natural Moisture Content, Wet & dry density, Specific Gravity, Tri-axial Compression, Consolidation, Testing of water sample for construction purpose including for harmful salts, CBR value, etc. or any other required tests but not mentioned here for deriving Soil Bearing Capacity (SBC), Allowable Bearing Capacity (ABC) for designing Sales Building, Boundary Wall / Retaining Wall, Culverts, Trenches, Canopy Foundation, Driveway, etc. complete.All tests will be carried as per latest & relevant IS codes of practice as applicable.Item also includes comments / Recommendations of Expert on type of foundation based on soil investigations.Rate is inclusive of submission of complete report in three sets along with soft copy in CD. |
