Name of Work: PROVN OF SOLAR POWER PLANT AT STN HQ KANDRORI UNDER GE (SOUTH) PATHANKOT.

1Detailed engineering design including feasibility survey for solar power plant using suitable software such as "PV SYS" and "PV SOL" or equivalent software, topographic survey, soil/structural investigation, foundation design etc. and getting the design vetted from any one of the approved agencies, manufacturing, supplying, erecting,installing,testing and commissioning of grid connected Solar PV Plant of 10 KWp, Unity PF output capacity at conditions prevalent at Dhangu Military Complex with fixed structure on Turnkey basis, and performance guarantee basis, complete comprising of following sub-components/sub-systems and meeting the specifications as given here-in-after and in Particular specification.:-a) Hot dip galvanized MS angle or Zn/Zn-Al coated steel Module Mounting Structure(MMS) for peak output along with concrete grouting for required rigid support with standing maximum wind speed up to 150Km/Hr at designed tilt angle of modules. b) GI foundation bolts suitable for withstanding 150Km/Hr wind speed. c) Array Junction boxes with connectors, terminals, PVC gromates and ingress protection shall be IP 67. (d) The Contractor shall submit GA drawings for approval of Accepting Officer before placing order. (e) Solar PV Module of monocrystalline- Si solar Modules should have efficiency more than 20%.(f) The PV modules shall be more than 445 Wp certified for solar PV module power performance tested as per BIS.
2(g) Photo voltaic modules shall carry a performance warranty of>90% during the first10 years, and >80%during the consecutive 15years.Furthermodule cell shall have performance warrantyof >97.5% during the first year of installation to get the maximum Performance of the System.(h) The module mismatch losses for modules connected to an inverter shall be less than 2%. (j) The SPV module shall be made up of high transmissivity glass & front surface shall give high encapsulation gain and the module shall consists of impact resistance, low iron and high transmission toughened glass. The module frame shall be made of corrosion resistant of aluminum material, which shall be electrically compatiblewith the structural material used for mounting the modules. (k) The module frame shall be made of Aluminum (noncorrosive material), which shall be electrolytic ally compatible with the structural material used for mounting the modules with the Required No of Earthing of copper earthing of size 20x3mm size as required at site.(l) The terminals shall be connected to copper bus- bar arrangement. The junction boxes havesuitable copper cable (As per site requirements) entry points fitted with cable glands as per recommendations of manufacturers. 3(n) Any type of Copper Conductor XLPE/PVC Insulated /sheathed/ naked /flat/ Standard/Solid etc required for connection from Solar Power Panel of system to Inverter is to be included in the unit rate quoted. (o) MPPT inverter power condition unit minimum 3 MPPT & 10 DC Input (250V to 960V) Inverter capacity: 50 kWp Economical (i) Maximum efficiency 98.5%. (ii) OptiTrac MPP tracking for best MPP tracking efficiency. (iii) Active temperature management. (iv) DC SPD inbuilt, WI fi communication. Simple: (v) Three-phase grid feed-in, Grid voltage will be 415 volt. (vi) Cable connection without tools. (vii) DC plug-in-system. Flexible and future proof: (viii) DC input voltage up to 350V. (ix) Integrated grid management functions. (x) Reactive-powercapable. (p) PCC 1:2:4 for foundation/ Pedestal for the structure required deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (q) Supply, Installation, Erection, testing and commissioning of GI structure. Posmac/Hot dip for 10KW SPV systems with proper grouting PCC 1:2:4 type B1 which can with stand 150KM high wind speed so that the system cannot get uprooted from ground due to high wind pressure.(r) External electrification to evacuate power from SPV plant upto grid with connected AC/DC panels with min IP-54 protection, connected switchgears, SPDs, protections etc complete.
4(s) Cost of lightening Arrester ESE Type protection including Earthing"s Air termination and other accessories i.e.copper strip of 20x3mm thick, nut bolts, washers, insulations etc. requirement for connecting the system as recommended by manufacturer deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (t) Supply & fix AC 3phase static energy meter of accuracy class1.0, 3x240V, 50Hz with backlit LCD display of rating 10-60A(suitable for measurement of KWH only) (u) Cost of all the accessories from serial number listed in 1(a) to 1(t) is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.
5Supply, install, test and commissioning of 500VA solar power plant system with 4 hours autonomy consisting of solar PV panel - 250Wp -02 Nos, Power conditioning unit - 600 VA -01Nos, solar low maintenance battery 12V-120 AH -02 Nos and connecting acessories complete all as recommended and specifed
6Earthing complete using copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less"than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion
