Supply of water Tanker having following specification : Type of trailers : 2 tyres, Capacity of water tank (Liter): 5500, Net water carrying capacity (liter): 5000, Material used for fabrication of water tank : Steel of grade E 250BR confirimng to IS : 2062 latest, Thickness of the water tank plate (min) (mm) : 4millimeter, Gross weight of water tank (kg) : 2000kg, Overall length of trailers (shall not exceed 5m up to 6 tonne load, 6.7 m for above 6 tonne load : 4 meter, Overall width of trailers between extreme points (meter) : 2 Meter , Overall height of trailers with tyre inflated from the supporting surface to top of platform (meter) : 3 meter, Overall height of the trailers with tyre inflated from the supporting surface to side board (meter) : 4 meter, Ground Clearance : 300millimeter, Dealer should provide Retro Reflective Marking (tapes) as per AIS -090, Lighting and lighting signalling device as per AIS 062, Ladder provisions on back side of tank , Trailers shall be fitted with Rear Under Run protective device (RUPD) confirming to IS 14812:2005 Trailor shall have service and parking brake as per AISD - 043, The Tanker shall have the provision of one main delivery valve and three taps (one an each side) , The Trailers shall be fitted with pneumatics tyres and rims of suitable size confirming to IS 13154:1991 and IS 10694 : 1988 Confirmity standards IS 8213:2000 with latest amendments, ISI marked ISMC 175mm X 75 mm or better chanel used for fabrication of Chasis and frame mounting on chasis., Necessary clearance from RTO for design of water tank to be obtained before supply of trailor, Warranty : 36 months, Construction parameters : Type of suspension system : Frame, Diameter of the Axle of chasis (Min) (mm) 100 millimeter, No of spring leaves platted fitted( Nos ): 15 ,also provide lashing hooks, towing device : MS, Painted colour on the trailor as per IS 112, Painting on inter side and Outer side of the tank as directed by the engineer in charge.
