Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 including heating the bitumen with spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road the existing road surface to remove all dirt dust, mud etc finally bromming.(Clause 503 of MoRTH Specification).WBM surface @ 0.75 Kg/Sqmincluding cost and carriage of all materials involved. complete.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam 50 mm compacted thick with 100-120 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an averrage output of 75 tonnes per hour base course with stone agg.of quality size and grading as specified in CPWD specifications and straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 3.3% by weight of total mix including Hot mixing of stone agg. and bitumen in Hot mix plant, transporting mixed material and laying mixed with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8-10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction and densityas per cluse 501.6 and 501.7 (50mm compacted thickness complete) including cost and carriage of all materials involved. Providing, laying 25mm thick (compacted) semidense bituminous concrete using mineral agg. satisfying the gradation set out in specifications with 5 to 5.5 % binder content (by weight of total mix) bitumen of grade VG-10with the aid of Hot mix plant and paver finisher including rolling with 8-10 Ton capacity to achieve the required compaction and density including cost and carriage of all materials involved.(Clause 508 of MoRTH Specification)

Providing and laying 6mm thick seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (Passing 2.36mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 Kgs of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate (0.768 Kg of bitumen/Sqm) and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface incl. rolling and finishing complete including cost and carriage of all materials involved.(Clause 513 of MoRTH Specification)

Supply and filling of Khak Bajri including ramming, dressing, watering and consolidation with Power Road Roller (8-10 Tonne to regquired gradient and camber including all carriageswith loading, un-loading, stacking etc.
