| 2 | Complete overhauling of 02 Tan Hitachi make split AC indoor & outdoor unit by disambling it from wall. Then cleaning its indoor & outdoor unit wth low jet strem by applyingdescaling agent thrice in the complete season. Postcleaning remting the structure back on the wall. The work also includes checking of the healthiness of all its accessories & preventive amintenance to make it run smoothly through the complete season. (May to Nov) 3x10=30 job). |
| 3 | Attending all type of fault of the AC unit at earliest by dloying skilled personnel within a day of intimation. The work includes replacement of damaged spares (will be provided by deptt.) (Per AC/Month (10x6=60 Job) |
