3	Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.
4	Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 mmnominal size) excluding cost ofcentering,shuttering and finishing :a)All works upto plinth level .
5	b)In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.
6	Reinforced cement concretework (1:11/2:3) (1 cement:11/ 2 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic aggreate 20mm nominal size)in suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports and balconies upto floor five level including finishing and plastering the ceiling with C.M. (1:3) (1 cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.
7	Providing High yield strength steel reinforcement bar (HYSD)/TMT steel reinforcement bar from secondary producers (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC workincluding bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors alongwith the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.
8	Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for : i) Foundations, Footings, Bases for columns.

14	Providing and fixing 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe railing in 3 rows complete with G.I. Fittings incl. Painting of pipes and fittings with white paint of approved quality incl. A priming coat with a ready mixed primer for new works incl. Providing R.C.C. 1:2:4 rail posts of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.00 M with base of 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.3 m at every 2 mts intervals and double rail post with a bar drawings inclusive of cost of reinforcement etc. all complete including white wash washing of rail posts etc. all complete. (To be procured through GHRSSIDCand payment will be released on submission of Invoice).
15	Construction of embankement with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting with Static roller to meet requirement of Table 300-2 as per MORTH specification 305
16	Supplying of laterite stone soling of size 150-200 mm size and murrum having P.I. Value not more than 6 and laying including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power road roller including spreading, watering and consolidation of binding material etc.(Measurements shall be considered on finished item) .
17	Providing and laying 50mm(consolidated thickness)full grout using granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 6.00 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. grouting with hot bitumen straight run bitumen(or with such bituminous material of grade and type as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge)at 5.0kg. per sq. m. binding with key aggregate of granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 1.5 cu.m. per 100 sq.m.including Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid with F.E loader with 1 Cu.m. bucket capacity to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type Aseal coat with 0.98 kg/sqm of bitumen of grade as per MoRT&H specifications clause513.
