| 20 | Note:- In case of abnormally low bids i.e. bids below 25% of estimated cost put to tender, the lowest bidder will have to deposit an Additional Performance Guarantee (Security) (APS). This APS will be in addition to performance guarantee mentioned in clause -1 and shall be deposited in the form of FDR/BG. This APS shall be = 0.75 x estimated cost put to tender Minus tendered amount. |
