Labour for drilling a perfectly vertical bore hole of 200mm dia for over burden and 150 mm dia for hard rock specified dia for a specified depth below ground level through consolidated and unconsolidated rock with down the hole hammer drilling rigs or combination drilling rigs with PLC facility (1200 cfm/300 psi) as required to suit the site condition as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including use of own rigs with its accessories, tools, plants and consumables etc. for lowering of 200mm dia PVC/GI Pipes for housing with socket and with or without well screen as per the necessity for soft, medium, hard and boulder formation (GI/PVC casing pipes if required to prevent collapse of over burden is to be provided by the contract including lowering and withdrawing after completion of the tube well) upto 150mtr.

Lowering the casing pipe of 200mm dia with or without slotted pipes as per the necessity from ground level upto 45 meters depth and fitted and fixed up in perfectly vertical position, including cutting, threading and slotted pipe and supply and fixing all jointing materials, tools and plants etc. complete and keeping the top of the casing pipe threaded including plugging the bore well to prevent entry of foreign materials from above 0 to 30 meter and above.

Cost of 200mm dia PVC C.S. Casing Pipe of reputed make as per IS-12818/2010 specification. Manufacturer name should prominently be marked with CIPET test certification in the body of the pipe in indelible ink or stenciled to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning and developing the tube well using their own compressor continuously worked till clear and adequate discharge is obtained from the well including suppply and use of all necessary equipment and labour as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Conducting yield test through pumping for minimum 6-8 hours including supply of required pump set having 3.5 LPS discharge at 70 Mtr. head, 15KVA D.G. Set and a container of 200 ltrs. Capacity as required to suit the site condition as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including supply of tools plants labourers for lowering and lifting the pump set and measuring the yield of the bore well .

Transpotation of required PVC C.S./A.S.T.M. Pipefor casing and delivery, S/S Pump set & control pannel with other petty materials etc. from store to work site.
