The agency must have to maintain the deployment of manpower of 12 persons (04 skilled + 8 semiskilled) daily on monthly average basis and in case of any shortage of manpower(on monthly average of 12 persons/day) will have a proportionate deduction as per prevailing HPC from the payment/billing amount of agency. |
