In case of any dispute regarding Carpet Area Calculation, the decision of M.D. & C.E.O, MHDC shall be final and binding on contractor. Total BUA=1,06,788 ( Residential )+ 0.00 (Commercial )=1,06,788 Sq.m.Note: Minimum Carpet area has to be achieved as per tender drawing, specifications,documents & area statement (mentioned in Vol. I & Vol. II) only. |
