| 1 | M&L for M2 maintenance & servicing of 132 KV GIS system by OEM (ie service enginer of GE T&D India Ltd) (formerly Areva), executing the following services, testing and submission ofcomplete report all as specified and directed :- (a) Gas Test for all the bay compartment (Dew point measurement SF6 purity check {% measurement} Alarm check for density switches optional Gas leak test.(b) Circuit Breaker mechanical test :- Visual inspection of spring operated mechanism mannually on/off spring-operated mechanism optical indicator( spring on/off) position check.(c) Electrical test :- Breaker timing test,Auxiliary contact change over position,check spring charge motor current measures & time measurement, heater current measurement.(d) Disconnector/Earthing switchesmechanical test:- Mannually on/off with hand crank optical position indication check for change over, insulated earth switch external earthing link installation & tightness check.(e) Contact resistance check:- Test as per circuit proposed during commissioning.(f) Current & voltage transformer/Local control cubicle:- Terminal tightness check and equipment operationaland alram test. |
| 2 | Note :-(1) Contractor shall arrange all all tools & plants required for the work or shallbe provided by OEM (2) Hiring charges of Service Engineer, Foreman, Fitters, & Electrician are included in quoted rate. (3) All consumables required for the work is included in quoted rate.(4) Spare if requires for proper servicing of the installation is included in the quoted rate. (5) Before commencement of the work necessary certificates of Service Engineer, Foreman, Fitters, & Electrician shall be obtained from OEM and shall be submitted to Eng-in charge for approval |
| 3 | Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil for cable work or from above cable duct complete all as specified and as directed |
| 4 | Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed |
| 5 | Removing of excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed |
| 6 | M&L for dry sand cushioning for under groundcable provided with layer and sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | M&L for PCC 1:3:6 , type-C 2, using 40mm graded aggregate for repair to path/drain/road against damage due to excavation/laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. |
