provide all labour, supervision, materials, construction equipment, tools and plants, supplies, transportation, all incidental items not shown or specified, but reasonably implied or necessary for the successful completion of the work including Contractor’s supervision and in strict accordance with the approved drawings by the Owner/Owner’s consultant. The specification and schedule of items for the GENERAL CIVIL WORKS–II package is meant for construction of site infrastructure on lump sum turnkey basis which includes plant boundary wall, gates, design and construction of RCC rectangular drain in place of temporary earthen drain into around main plant and nearby BOP area, concrete lining of temporary earthen drain, bituminous concrete pavement and RCC pavement over existing WBM roads including patch work and modification of cross drainage work if any), slope protection work, New approach road for villager outside plant boundary, HSD outlet, rainwater harvesting, permanent store building, public toilets, etc. The contractor shall carry out all other miscellaneous work that will be necessary for completing this package on turnkey basis.
