| 1 | Loading manually all waste materials such as mix of used copperslag with clay/ water hyacinth/mix of industrial waste like plastic, cardboard, wood, horticulture waste etc. and other waste materialsgenerated by the construction/ production/ maintenance activities in shipyard. The loaded waste shall be weighed in the weighbridge of CSL, transported using tipper and unloaded at the designated waste dumping location within CSLas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include cost for loading, unloading, transportation etc complete. |
| 2 | Loading manually from dust collecting point of shot blasting machine in Hull shop. The collected dust shall be weighed in the weighbridge of CSL, transported using tipper and unloaded at the designated waste dumping location within CSLas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include cost for loading, unloading and transporting to the waste dumping location , within CSL as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Engaging man mazdoor for various miscellaneous worksand any other work pointed out by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of hire charges of labour, tools etc complete. |
| 4 | Clearing & removing accumulated soil, vegetation growth, leaves etc. from the sides of roads for a width of0.5 m from the road edges inside the yard and disposal of the same at designated dumping location pointed out by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of hire charges of labour, tools, trolley etc complete. |
| 5 | Deployment of the following along with operator, fuel, oil and other incidental expenses etc complete for levelling, earthwork,handling of wastes etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument) |
| 6 | By engaging backhoe loader (JCB, Hitachi etc.) for loading industrial waste & used copper slag, excavation work, clearing of debris, seggregation of wooden/ industrial waste from mettalic objects etc. (Steel pieces will be mixed with the industrial waste and no additional cost on account of the above like tyre damage will be payable). |
| 7 | By engaging Tipper (capacity not less than 2T) for clearing various industrial waste inside CSL, loading, unloading etc. |
| 8 | Deployment of hydraulic crawler excavator cum loader 110 having bucket size-0.50m3 to 0.70m3 along with operator, fuel, oil and other incidental expenses etc. complete for crushing the wooden waste/wooden cable drums, and loading of industrialwastefrom dumping locations within CSL as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Minimum deployment will be 2 days. Transportation of crawler to site and back shall be included in this item. |
