| 2 | Make- Ulka ,Ulka Single Roller.The system (Patented) for existing mill size 33’’x 66’’as per Indian (Patented) No.-176925. The existing Mill of size 33’’ x 66’’ will be fitted with a single roller TRF system to ensure positive feed to the system. The roller will be toothed and its surface duly hard-faced. The roller diameter would be suitable the mill geometry and will be driven through suitable arrangement of Pinions._________________________________________________________________TRF system:- All steel constructed Lotus type, Toothed Single Roller Pressure Feeder (TRF). The system will work as positive feeding equipment cum juice pre extractor with free juice drainage facility. The roller diameter will be designed to suit the geometry of the existing Mill. The roller will be toothed constructed stiffened internally & mounted on forged steel shaft having adequate journal diameter. The Roller shaft will be supported by G.M. Bush bearing on both the sides with steel housing of adequate width. The unique scraper will be provided with suspension gearing to above Roller to clear & guide the bagasse mat as well as provide fluent pre juice drainage separately tooth tips of the roller & scraper will be duly hard faced. Working face of the unique scraper will be S.S. lined to provide smooth path to guide the dried bagasse compact way. Necessary setting arrangements will be provided to Roller, Scraper & acces. Design of the system offered permits a setting of ±25 mm to suit the requirement. The system is able to handle comfortably 85% P.I. cane as well as 25%. Liquid imbibitions at 80º C temperature to extract more sugar. Toothed Rollers of the system are provided with juice drainage facility in the form of the unique scraper mechanism. The bottom TRF Roller would have perforations for efficient drainage of expressed juice. Required modification in donnely chute will be provided by the party. Scope of work-Erection, Commissioning & successful by supplier, trial by the supplier. |
