Work Services To Carry Out Electrical Energy Audit To Improve Energy Efficiency, Measures To Reduce Electricity Tariff And Give Recommendation For Systemic Improvement At Af Station Dinjan , M&L For Work Services To Carry Out Electrical Energy Audit Of Complete Electrical Network For Both Technical And Non-Technical Including Residential Area Of Af Stn Dinjan Comprising Of Following Assets And Submission Of Report: ( A ) Ht 11 Kv Infrastructure With Ht Breaker / God Including 11 Nos 11 / 0.433 Kv Transformers ( 500Kva-01No, 250Kva-01No, 200Kva-03Nos, 100 Kva-01No, 75Kva-01No & 25Kva-04Nos ) Alongwith Connected Accessories Infrastructure. ( B ) Lt Network Of Various Capacity Lt Panel / Mccb / Mcb / Mdb Including 10 Nos Dg Sets ( 125Kva-01No, 82.5Kva-01No, 75Kva-02Nos, 62.5Kva-01No, 35Kva-01No & 15Kva-04Nos ) . ( C ) Pump Houses With Submersible Pump Set / Motors Alongwith Connected Starter Panels. ( D ) Street / Perimeter Light Network With Approx 1100 Nos Of Light Fittings Of Various Ratings. ( E ) Voltage Stabilizers, Capacitor Panels, Acs, Fans, Internal Illumination System Alongwith All Connected Electrical Network System. Note: ( I ) Contractor / Firm Shall Provide Complete Survey Of The Facility / Plant To Be Conducted, Detailing The Current Energy Consumption. ( Ii ) Auditor Shall Cover Following Findings Of Complete Electrical System:- ( A ) How Much Energy Is Consumed? ( B ) How Is The Energy Consumed? ( C ) Where Is The Energy Consumed? ( D ) When Is The Energy Consumed? ( E ) What Is The Quality Of The Energy Consumed? ( Iii ) Energy Audit Shall Be Carried Out By A Certified Energy Auditor. Auditor Will Evaluate Current Consumption Of Energy In The Assets. Recommendations Are To Be Made On The Basis Of The Auditor’S Findings. The Reports Shall Be Submitted In Four Set Copies Alongwith Recommendation Including Cost Measures Like Tariff Reduction And Energy Proposal Needed For Smooth & Efficient Functioning Of Complete Electrical System Of Af Station Dinjan. ( Iv ) All T&P Required To Carry Out Audit Shall Be Arranged By The Firm / Contractor And Cost Of Same Shall Be Deemed To Be Included In The Item Quoted Rate. ( V ) Bidder Shall Have To Submit Certificate For Certified Energy Auditor Or An Mou / Agreement With Any Such Firm / Auditing Agency As A Mandatory Requirement During Technical Evaluation Stage. ( Vi ) Boarding & Lodging For Energy Audit Team Shall Be Responsibility Of Bidder. ( Vii ) Any Other Unforeseen Requirement For Completion Of Job Work Shall Be Responsibility Of The Bidder => Limited
